Performance & acquisition

Pay-per-call generation

Inbound phone calls from people who are already looking for what you offer, routed to the right person, measured by duration and outcome — not by hope.

Fine threads of light pass through standing panes of glass and meet at a single bright point, one of them vermilion, above a softly reflective paper surface.

The outcome

A predictable flow of real conversations with qualified callers, paid for on terms we define together in writing before a single call is bought.

Right for you if

  • Your best customers still prefer to talk before they buy.
  • You have people ready to answer the phone, or you're willing to build that team.
  • Leads from forms feel cold, slow, or hard to reach.
  • You've bought calls before and couldn't tell which ones were worth it.

Most call programs fail in the gap between the ad and the answer. Someone sees a promise, dials, and reaches a script that has never heard of it. We close that gap by building the media, the landing page, the routing and the conversation as one piece of work.

We don’t guarantee call volume or return on spend — nobody honest can. What we do guarantee is that you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for, where each call came from, and what happened when it arrived.

How it works

  1. 01

    Define the call

We agree on what a billable call is — minimum duration, geography, hours, caller intent and exclusions — and write it down in plain language.

  2. 02

    Build the path

Media, landing pages, call scripts and routing are designed together so the promise in the ad matches the voice on the line.

  3. 03

    Launch with tracking

Every call is tracked by source, with recordings and dispositions available to you where the law and your consent practices allow.

  4. 04

    Tune weekly

We review call quality with your team, remove sources that don't convert and move budget toward the conversations that do.

What you get

  • Written call definition and qualification criteria
  • Channel and media plan with call-volume ranges, not promises
  • Landing pages and ad copy built for calls
  • Call tracking, routing and recording setup
  • Weekly quality review and monthly performance report

In plain terms

The definitions we agree on in writing before any budget moves.

Qualified call
A call that meets every criterion in your signed call definition — for example, a caller in your service area, during your open hours, staying on the line past the agreed duration, and not a duplicate or existing customer.
Duplicate
A repeat call from the same number inside the agreed window. Duplicates are reported and never billed twice.
Disposition
The outcome your team records for each call — booked, quoted, not a fit, no answer — so we can optimize toward what actually happens next.
