Privacy notice
Plain language about what we collect through this website and why.
This notice describes the website's actual behaviour. DreamStart should have it reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, what you need help with and your project description, plus anything optional you choose to add (website, phone, budget range, desired start). We also record the time of the submission and, for spam prevention, your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your inquiry only to reply to you and discuss your project. It is delivered to our inbox through a transactional email service. If a delivery fails, a copy is kept in a private server log so your message isn't lost. If you tick the optional box to be kept in our contact records, your details are also stored in our customer-relationship system for follow-up about your project.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
